- Who is Argus for?
- Teams that regularly investigate alerts and prepare SARs—EMIs, crypto VASPs, remittance MSBs, and compliance consultancies that serve them. If you only file a handful of SARs a year with no ongoing case flow, a monthly platform usually won't pay for itself.
- What counts as a case?
- A case is one investigation workflow: ingest or attach transactions, run risk analysis, review findings, and optionally generate or regenerate a SAR draft. Overages on Starter or Growth can be discussed—book a demo and we'll map your real volume.
- Can I switch plans?
- Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime; changes apply on your next billing cycle. Early design partners often start on Starter and move to Growth once case volume is clear.
- Is there a free trial?
- We run a free 20-minute live demo on a synthetic or anonymized case so you can see the full pipeline—detection, draft, human gate, audit trail—before committing. Design-partner terms are available for selected teams.
- Where does our data go?
- Transaction data is processed in memory to produce analysis and SAR drafts and is not used to train models. We can discuss private or on-premise deployment for data-sovereignty requirements.
