1. Who we are

Argus is an Agentic compliance platform for financial institutions. The platform analyzes transaction data, supports SAR investigation workflows, and maintains audit logs of agent and human actions. Contact us

2. What data we collect

When you submit a demo request, we collect your name, work email, company name, role, and any message you provide. We retain this only as long as needed to respond and schedule your demo.

When you use Argus, you may upload transaction data (for example, CSV exports, PDF exports, images). In some cases, we may anonymize this data before it even reaches our agent AI systems. All data is processed in memory to run risk analysis, assemble investigation context, and generate SAR drafts. It is not stored permanently on our servers and is not used to train AI models.

Argus keeps a record of actions and changes made during your workflow for audit purposes. These records may include user info and case details.

3. How we use your data

To respond to demo requests and schedule calls
To provide risk analysis, SAR drafting, and human-review workflows
To maintain audit trails for compliance and defensibility
We do not sell your data to third parties
We do not use your data for advertising

4. Data retention

Demo request data is retained for up to 90 days.

Uploaded transaction data is not retained after processing completes.

Workflow and audit log data retention follows your institution's configuration and applicable regulatory requirements.

5. Your rights

You have the right to request access to or deletion of personal data we hold about you, subject to legal and contractual obligations.

We may update this policy as the product evolves. The date at the top of this page reflects the latest version.
